About

February is the month of love, and this February is all about falling in love with your yoga practice! During this challenge, we are going to increase our time on our mats by one day each week. The goal being to love being on your mat more each week, and hopefully helping you to create the habit of taking the time each week to practice. I encourage you to look at your calendar each week and intentionally schedule your mat time. Don't break a promise to yourself. If you schedule the time, keep your appointment! The schedule will look like this: Feb. 1-7 - practice yoga 2 times Feb. 8-14 - practice yoga 3 times Feb. 15-21 - practice yoga 4 times Feb. 22-28 - practice yoga 5 times This challenge is self-paced, which means your practices can be on any day of that week & for as long or as short as works for you schedule. You can also practice more than the number of times above, but not less! You just need to go in on each day that you practice and mark it as complete. You just need to have marked everything complete on February 28th. IMPORTANT: Select your start date as 02/01/2021 - as in February 1st. Do not select an earlier start date. Ready??
