Need to bring some peace and calm to your life? Back to school got you feeling frazzled? Time to return to your mat. Join this challenge to get on your mat more. During the 21 day challenge, your goal is to get on your mat 10 times. The calendar has a question for you to answer everyday during the challenge. You do not need to practice everyday, but you do need to go in, log if you practiced and answer the journaling question. When you do practice, doesn't matter how long you or really what you are doing, but what does matter is that you took the time to step on your mat and take care of yourself. Even sitting on your mat for 5 minutes, just to breathe is a great use of your time, and counts towards the challenge. But if you are looking to push yourself more...Push play on a 45-60 minute JBWB class! Or whatever timeframe works for you. Each week you can expect an email/post with a suggested classes though if you are looking for more structure. But please, do what works best for you. I just ask that if you participate, you go all in. Respond to the prompts each day and practice 10 times within the 21 days and you will receive a badge for completing it!
